Day 7 — A Church That Ministers From Rest, Not Effort

God never intended His church to operate from burnout and strain. He designed the church to minister from rest — rest that comes from trust, obedience, and alignment with the Spirit.

Fasting recalibrates us. It reminds us that God is the source, not our strength. When we fast, we step out of self-effort and into divine partnership. Ministry becomes less exhausting and more effective.

Jesus said the Father rewards fasting openly. One of those rewards is a church that moves with grace — where ministry flows, not forces. Where fruit comes naturally because the soil has been prepared.

As we close this first week of fasting, we are believing for a church culture marked by peace, clarity, and spiritual momentum. A church that doesn’t strive for results but receives them through obedience.

Rest is not inactivity — it is confidence in God’s ability to work.

Today, receive His rest. Let it reset how you pray, serve, and believe.

Prayer
Lord, teach us to minister from rest. Let our strength come from You.

Declaration
We are a church that ministers from rest and bears lasting fruit.
